Beyond the category

This is more than a cycle app. This is more than a productivity app. This is more than habit tracking.

One AI-powered personal operating system. A system that understands her—and helps her act.

The product vision · a system that understands her

Her goals.
Her rhythm.
A plan that connects them.

For the woman using Notion to plan her life, Oura to understand her sleep and a separate app to track her cycle—and still connecting the dots herself.

Start with her next 90 days

The assistant onboards her through conversation: define meaningful goals, break them into weekly milestones and choose small habits that support them.

Schedule her priorities into her rhythm

It connects deadlines, commitments and her personal energy windows, placing priorities in her calendar and adapting the plan with her approval.

Speak, review and adapt

She talks to her assistant instead of logging everything. Together they review progress, repeat useful habits and adjust what is not working.

Less coordination. More room for her life.90-day goal-setting, habits and daily planning already sit in the app. The preview shows the connected assistant experience Alissa is building next.

The method

Her whole life.
One connected method.

Science-informed. Personal to her.
The method brings established guidance on movement and nutrition together with her own goals, preferences and lived experience.

Goals & time management

Set her 90-day direction, then connect weekly milestones, repeatable habits and daily priorities to time in her calendar.

Energy & cycle awareness

Connect energy, focus, sleep and recovery with her cycle context and check-ins. Learn her patterns without prescribing her limits.

Movement & nourishment

Workouts that serve her body goals, practical meal ideas, hydration and her existing supplement routines, brought into her day.

Rituals

Daily practices that make space for her: psychology-informed reflection, journaling and habits she wants to keep.

An optional personal layer can include moon-cycle reflection, horoscopes and ancient rituals or practices. These remain separate from scientific health guidance.

FoundationsWHO: physical activity · WHO: healthy diet. These support the foundations; Alissa OS’s own outcomes have not yet been clinically validated.

The biology vision · beyond cycle tracking

Plan with her biology.
Build around her life.

Her hormonal context, cycle history, symptoms and lived experience, connected in one view. Daily planning turns that context into practical support.

Support adapts to her life stage and individual needs, alongside clinical care.

Her experience leads. She can describe low energy, change a suggestion or keep an ambitious day. The plan responds to her goals and choices; a cycle label does not decide her limits.

Speaking record

Why she is building it

Her life needed
a support system.

“I built this for myself and used myself as a data source and experiment for over a year, and am now ready to share it with the world.”Alissa Aulbekova · on the method behind Alissa OS
01

A full life. Fragmented support.

Building businesses, advising clients and living across time zones. Alissa needed to plan around her energy, focus and body alongside high-stakes and creative work.

02

Study became a personal method.

She studied and tried health plans, courses, communities and methodologies, from mainstream to niche. Still drowning in separate tools, she developed a method and refined it through over a year of personal use.

03

The practice became the app.

A need in her own life became a product for women like her: already planning, tracking and trying, yet still carrying the work of connecting it all. She built the app herself in a few months. Now she is inviting those women to shape it through their lived experience.

Life-stage context

Support through
her changing life.

The vision spans menstrual health, fertility journeys, pregnancy and postpartum, perimenopause, menopause and beyond—with informed support for women with PCOS, endometriosis and other needs, alongside clinical care.

10–13%Of reproductive-aged women worldwide are estimated to have PCOS. WHO, 2026.
~10%Of reproductive-age women worldwide are estimated to have endometriosis. WHO, 2025.

Why now

The spending power
is already with women.

Founders, executives, professionals and providers for a home. Women carry multiple roles, but the tools supporting their health, work and daily lives remain separate. Alissa OS brings those priorities into one plan.

$34TUS investable assets women are projected to control by 2030. McKinsey, 2025.
29%Of C-suite roles are held by women in surveyed US companies: 29% in 2025, up from 17% in 2015. McKinsey / LeanIn.
⅔Of global discretionary spending is in women’s hands, according to The Collective, 2025.

Economic power has outpaced product design. In The Collective’s 2025 survey of 8,700 women across 10 countries, 49% felt brands did not understand them. Alissa OS starts with the whole woman, across the roles she carries.

The evidence gap

Performance science
has a male bias.

Performance involves body and mind: physical energy, recovery, attention and focus. Women’s participation in sport has outpaced the research designed around them.

6%Only 6% of studies in a six-journal sport and exercise science review examined women alone.

Cowley et al., Invisible Sportswomen, 2021 · publications from 2014–2020

Women’s Sports Foundation, 2022 · NCAA data, 2020–21

86% / 10%86% of women know hormones affect their strength, yet only 10% adjust their training around them, according to Rach Hirsch, The Wellness Investor.

Rach Hirsch, The Wellness Investor · commentary

Alissa OS starts where the research stops. It brings research-informed guidance into the context of her own day. The product vision is personalised support; it does not replace clinical care or establish universal rules for performance.

Femtech & women’s health

Capital is backing
her health.

Women’s health is an established investment category with substantial unmet needs. The opportunity extends from clinical care to the everyday systems women choose to use.

Her real-life network of female founders, creatives, athletes and ambitious women is large. It's her own community, so she's launching to them first.

The long-term data & research opportunity

A fuller picture.
A deeper understanding.

With her permission, Alissa OS is being built to connect what separate tools record in isolation: her body, goals, daily choices and what helps her follow through.

01 · CONTEXT

How she is living

Cycle and life stage, sleep, symptoms, responsibilities and the goals she chooses.

02 · SUPPORT

What she chooses

The suggestions she accepts, changes or declines—and what fits her real day.

03 · LEARNING

What helps over time

Her recorded actions and reflections, connected across days and different stages of life.

A first-party data advantage

The ambition is a proprietary longitudinal dataset generated through Alissa OS: relationships between context, support and follow-through that individual tracking tools cannot reveal on their own.

Reinvest in female-specific research

The long-term plan is to reinvest future revenues and work with scientific partners to help fund female-specific research, test these patterns and inform new products.

The belief

Beauty is the only
true rebellion.

Technology in service of a beautiful life. Alissa is building a system that brings technological and scientific knowledge into her daily world, supporting her ambitions and making space for what she loves.

Room for every side of her

Her work, ambitions, relationships, home and health belong in the same life. Alissa OS brings them into one connected system.

The vision is a trusted daily companion that grows with her through the changes in her life.

A longer horizon

Like Amazon started with books, Alissa OS starts with her day and grows into everything for her health, wellbeing and performance.

The long-term vision extends into biotech, wearables, supportive products and supplementation, developed with scientific partners.

The sequence starts with repeated app use, then evidence and scientific partnerships. Expansion follows what women need and what the evidence supports.

The invitation

Experience the beginning.
Help shape what comes next.

Alissa is inviting women to try the beta and share what helps them plan, act and make room for their lives. Investors, partners and research collaborators can contact her directly.
